When using the GoTo with our table it seems to have worked pretty well. I didn’t put food in front of my baby, I spoon fed him. But I did put his water cup on the table and he was able to grab it and pull it to him. The chair came up to the table and he was at a good height. An aspect of the chair that I really like is the little space between baby’s chest and the edge of the chair. When he would drop his water cup it landed in the pocket space and didn’t fall on the floor. It wasn’t a big deal if it fell on the floor at our home, but if we were in a restaurant I for sure would not want it falling on the ground. It is a very innovative aspect of the high chair. In the picture below you can see the three different sections of the chair. Number 1 is the back – store whatever you need and whatever will fit. Number 2 is where baby sits; and number 3 is the extra “drop zone” space that catches what baby drops.
Although I found it very difficult to lock the chair into place, Phoenix Baby did well in creating a safe product. I have full confidence that the chair and stand will not collapse. The legs pull out pretty easily but getting the locking mechanism to the ‘locked’ position was a challenge. Once I opened and closed the chair a few times I got the hang of how it needed to lock and it was no problem. I do appreciate the difficult-ness of locking the chair because that tells me that it’s safe. If it is that hard to lock then how much harder will it be to collapse – impossible it seems! The buttons on the side that hold up the leg holes are also difficult to snap; but again I feel very confident that they won’t unsnap by chance. The safety features have this mom’s approval!
When baby is younger (or even sleeping in the carrier) you can use the chair as a stand for their car seat. All you need to do is unsnap the leg hole flap, unclip the chair back, and lay them flat. You now have a sturdy, square, table-level car seat holder! This is such a good resource to have when baby is little. My husband and I could have used this multiple times we went to restaurants a few months ago. We could have avoided putting our son on the table or using a chair and watching closely that the car seat didn’t fall off! There is even a clip so you can secure the car seat; ensuring complete and total safety.

The name says it all with these hooded bath towels-luxury is no lie. These towels are incredibly soft and oh so fuzzy. The luxury towel dried my son so well. Compared to the average cotton bath towels these are awesome. After bath time I felt like I could actually wipe off the water from his body. Sometimes with the cotton towels I feel like I have to dab off the water because wiping just moves the water around; that’s not how I want my towels to work. We have to move fast to keep our son happy after a bath so the absorbency of these towels are a lifesaver. The polyester and polyamide (nylon) materials are the perfect combination to create the soft cozy feeling we all want after a bath. Too bad they only come in kid sizes! 😉
Three cloths will get you a long way while cleaning around the house. The home starter kit is the perfect cleaning agent for your everyday messes. Their home starter kit comes with a bathroom cloth (blue), general purpose cloth
(purple), and a glass and polishing cloth (tan). The bathroom cloth will remove grime, soap scum, water, and most importantly bacteria from surfaces like the shower and counter. I had quite the experience using the bathroom and glass cloths cleaning up my sons pee off the window his changing table sits in front of. I wiped the window down with the bathroom cloth first to clean it and pick up the majority of the pee – I got the cloth wet with water first. Then I used the glass cloth to take the smears away; the window is perfectly streak free now. I love that cloth!
This 13 piece kit is perfect for parents who are always on the go. The cleaning kit includes one carry pouch, one spray bottle, one laundry bag, and 10 hand and face cleaning towels. The carry pouch is super cute and is perfect to keep in the diaper bag, glove box, or around the house. When you need to clean your child up just pull out a towel, spray with water and wipe their hands or face. It’s super easy and really convenient. The laundry bag is a really awesome idea, but I didn’t (and won’t) use it. I cloth diaper so I already have a wet bag I keep in the diaper bag, this is what I put my dirty, wet towels in. If you don’t cloth diaper though, the laundry bag will be helpful. When you’ve used a cloth and it’s dirty and wet you don’t want to put it back into the pouch – thats what the laundry bag is for. Put all your wet, grimy towels in it and keep it separated from the clean ones.
Although there is another step in using this kit (spraying the towel) I think it’s completely worth my while. I am skeptical of all the wipes on the market right now – are they really safe for my baby? Using this cleaning kit I don’t have to worry about that at all; it’s just water and a towel. I am for sure keeping this kit in my diaper bag from now on; there are endless possibilities for clean up when it comes to kids. You should carry one too!

Touch is a very important aspect of a baby’s life; especially in the very early days. The soft gentle touch of a parent is sometimes the only thing that will get baby to stop crying. Upon receiving the Zen swaddle and sack I was interested to know what the weighted chest pad was going to be like. I didn’t know how heavy it would be or what it would feel like. To be honest I thought it was going to feel like a bag of sand; not very comfortable to have on baby’s chest. Much to my surprise the weighted pad is very light weight and actually feels soothing just when I hold it. I’m also comforted to know that the Zen products are toxin free so I don’t have any worries when putting my son in them.
Zen Swaddle
The shoulder snaps are a great aspect of the Zen sleep sack. I love that the snaps are adjustable, the sack will fit my baby for much longer. As he grows I can lower the snaps to a different position allowing for a larger fit. Babies grow very quickly so with this snap feature I have one less thing I have to buy a larger size of – yay for saving money! You can even use the sleep sack when baby starts rolling and sleeping on their tummy. Just put the sack on backwards and place them on their belly!
I really like the zipper on the sleep sack too. It is super easy to zip and just glides right along. The sack has a double zipper giving you the option to zip and unzip from the top/side or the bottom. I love this because I can keep my baby cozy if I need to change his diaper. I say top/side because this zipper is different than most sleep sack zippers. This one zips around the side and bottom of the sack, not right down the middle. The weighted pad is on the baby’s chest where the zipper would normally be.
You can see in the picture the zipper line goes down the right side, around the curve, across the bottom, and up the left side just a bit. On the left side where the zipper stops there is a fabric snap to cover the zipper up.
This particular sleep sack is one of Nested Bean’s premier sleep sacks. These are made from 70% bamboo and 30% cotton
– seriously so soft. The material is also moisture wicking which is great during the summer. They also offer a classic swaddle and sack which is made of 100% cotton. The classic is great for year round comfort. For the winter months I recommend the winter sleep sack (not offered for swaddles). This sack is also 100% cotton but it is much thicker so baby stays ultra cozy. Each of these materials are quality made and will keep baby warm and well rested.

Zen Swaddle
The Nested Bean Zen swaddle is an awesome product for a baby. Not only is there a weighted pad on the chest, but there are also weighted pads on either side of the swaddle so baby can feel completely wrapped and held while wearing it. The velcro to wrap and secure baby is on the back side of the swaddle which is different than most. This is great because you are able to get the swaddle tight around their arms – the one place that needs to be snug. You literally wrap baby up like a burrito!
I also really like how they created the swaddle to last even longer with the two-in-one design. Use the smaller pocket when baby is tiny and fresh, then start to use the larger pocket as they grow out of the small one. Such a genius idea! Below is an image showing how to swaddle – in step one you see the smaller pocket with the larger pocket “hanging” in step two you can see the larger pocket around the baby.

My experience with the wonder bumpers has been great so far. When I received them in the mail I pulled them out right away to take a look them. This takes away the worries of my son chewing on the bumpers.
The bumpers are super easy to put on your child’s crib. It took me about ten minutes to zip each bumper on. The toughest part of putting the bumpers on was that I had to squeeze them around the bars between the mattress. Not until after I was finished did I think about taking the mattress out in order to zip the bumpers on. With all that being said, I recommend taking the mattress out of your baby’s crib before zipping on all the bumpers. Be sure to zip the bumpers down on the crib rails. Doing this ensures that your baby won’t grab at the zipper and try to take the bumpers off.
I also love that the bumpers wrap individually around each crib rail. I was always nervous about putting a bumper in my sons crib because I was worried of him suffocating with his mouth against the bumper. These wonder bumpers take all those worries away. Baby’s sleeping environment is safe, comfortable, and he’s protected.

I have never done a boxing workout before so this was a completely new experience for me. Before getting started I read all the material and watched all the videos on the DVD to have a better idea of what I was getting myself into. Doing this stretched my workout to about one hour, but after you watch the videos and get thorough one workout you can finish the whole system in just 30 minutes. Isn’t that great?!
The DVD has an instructional video that teaches its users all the boxing moves that will be used throughout the workout. This was my favorite aspect of the system. I am glad that they took the time to create this portion because this was all new to me. I wanted to understand and practice the boxing moves before doing the whole workout so I didn’t hurt myself. I recommend that everyone watches this instructional video. It’s important when doing any workout that you understand the exercises and do them correctly to prevent any future injuries.

The 12 rounds system is perfect for people of all boxing levels. Their convenient levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced allow for anyone to use the system. There are three women in the video, each at a different boxing level. If you are more intermediate, watch the woman on the right; if you’re a beginner (like me) then you watch the woman on the left. The system also shows the difference between a right handed and left handed person when boxing.
After doing the workout I felt great. The results are fast but for anyone worried about the possibility of excess skin which is often left behind when you lose weight quickly, there is always the option of tummy tuck surgery to help you enjoy your new figure. So, don’t let this be a reason not to make the most of such an effective weight loss solution. You can tell that it works because after this workout my body was completely sore and I really felt like every muscle was used. I felt the most sore in my arms which makes perfect sense because I was boxing! The different rounds are almost like 12 different workouts. Some rounds are fast, and some are slow, but you use your whole body for each of them. The full workout really pushed me and allowed me to challenge myself. Now when I do the workout I try and go one step further and beat how many punches I did the last time I used the system. It’s great to set small goals for yourself and try to reach them with each time you use the system.
I really can attest to how great this 12 Rounds Boxing Bootcamp is. The full – body workout in just 30 minutes is so perfect for my busy days. I love that I can accomplish my exercising in my living room with my son playing or sleeping. It saves time by not needing to drive to the gym which is something I really enjoy about the system. The Chibebe snuggle pod [beanbag] is the perfect baby bouncer, toddler chair, and pre-teen seat. Its versatility is reason enough to invest in one. There are not many products your child can use as a newborn and also as a pre-teen; this is a huge reason I love the snuggle pod.
Chibebe offers many different prints for their snuggle pod beanbags. I absolutely love the print of our snuggle pod, it fits our home perfectly (I like it when things match). Most of their prints are gender neutral, so you can use the same pod with multiple children. When choosing a snuggle pod you pick the print of the pod and the color of the seats.
The snuggle pod is created so that the seats are interchangeable. There is a zip mechanism on the top of the pod where you zip the seat on. It zips completely around the pod and is hidden by the tag on the very top. When the seat is dirty you can unzip it and throw it in the wash! Change it from the newborn seat to the toddler seat or vise versa when baby gets older or you have a new one. Created just the same, the only difference between the two seats are that the newborn seat has a buckle harness to keep baby from rolling or falling off the pod. The baby and toddler seats are created with the same stretch lycra blend and soft padding. The seats are water resistant too, so messes are easy to clean up.
The removable inner filling bag is a thin bag that gets filled with the bean bag beans. You can buy the beans from any large retailer or order them from the Chibebe website. It’s probably best to have two people when stuffing the filling bag with beans; you’ll need someone to hold the bag open and someone pouring the beans. Chibebe [and I] recommend filling the bag in the bathtub. Close the drain and make sure it’s dry and start pouring; this makes for a very easy clean up. Put about 60-65 liters of the bean filling in the bag.
My favorite aspect of the snuggle pod is the changeable seats. When you order a pod it comes with a newborn and toddler seat so you really are set from birth to pre teen. I love how soft the seats are; they are so cozy and flexible. I feel very comfortable when my child is in the seat and he is buckled in because I trust the material. The water resistant feature is super appealing to me because lets face it, babies can be messy sometimes. I look forward to using the seat with the pod for my future kids when they are newborns. The fact that the seat gives reflux relief is a huge plus for me. My baby had some major reflux when he was younger, so if this seat gives any sort of relief for future kids, I’m willing to give it a try!
This pod rocker is such a cool, unique concept. Simply order it on the Chibebe website with your snuggle pod and convert the seat into a rocker! This is great because not only do you have a product that can last until your child is a preteen. You also have a product that has multiple use for babies. I believe that this makes it the best swing for older babies as it’s so versatile. 
One downside I experienced with the pod rocker was constructing it; I had a really hard time putting it together. After reading the directions I felt ready to clip it together and see how it looked. But it took me at least half an hour to click the bars together. The rocker is all metal and the locking mechanism which pops up through the holes to keep it in place are metal as well. This was part of my problem. My fingers could not with hold the pressure of the locks; I was forced to use pliers. The metal pieces fit very snuggly into each other so taking the rocker apart is next to impossible; I’ll just leave it intact forever!
When it was all said and done and I finally got the pod rocker together and working I can truly say that I am pleased with it. Now that I put the snuggle pod into the rocker and my son uses it, I am grateful for the security and snug fit of the metal bars. I feel comfortable placing my son into it; and I don’t have to worry about it collapsing. The pod rocker is a great accessory to use with the snuggle pod.
