I See Me! Lunch Boxes

With the back to school season here parents everywhere are getting organized and picking up their children’s school supplies. One my my favorite essentials is their lunchboxes. Packing a fun and healthy lunch is such a huge part of a successful day and a better overall education. For the last 2 school seasons we have used I See Me! Lunch Boxes. This is because they are the perfect size, durable, easy to wash, keep the food from being squished and have a fun chalkboard inside for personalized messages. Having a lunch box with your child’s name on it makes school that much more fun. My daughter and son are now able to recognize their own names, so seeing it on their lunch box makes them feel proud knowing that is their box alone.

Every year my husband would write a special, personal message to our daughter using the chalk board feature insideI See Me Lunch box the I See Me! lunch box. It was something she looked forward to everyday. The chalk board is easy to write on and easy to wash. I love how it a very high quality lunch box, unlike others which break, rust or whose chalkboards don’t actually work. Our preschooler loves packing her lunch the night before with her father. With the summer winding down we have to face reality and the fact that it’s officially back to school season. Sign and moan, cheer and grin, each person has their own thoughts and emotions that go along with the back to school season. I love back to school season for a few different reasons, mostly because I know that my kids love learning.

I was talking to my best friend about sending our children back to school the other day. She lives in Texas and her children go to a private school. Just like my little girl, her children are incredibly bright and love all of their lessons at The Fay School. A lot of parents find that private school is ideal for academically gifted children, so once my daughter grows up, I will have to do some research to see whether a private school might be a good fit for her too.

Anyway, when my daughter started preschool last year she was excited but didn’t really know why. This fall she will be attending preschool again and she is fully aware of the awesomeness that comes with school. She is starting a new school with all new students in her class. She is a very social girl, so I don’t have to fret over her too much. But I do want to make sure that she is prepared as well as she can be. Knowing that I have Crayola on my side, puts us on the right track for success for this school year.

Each year Crayola features all the back to school basics that our children will need to succeed. When my daughter started scrambling trying to get all the lids off to smell each and every maker I couldn’t help but be filled with excited with her. Then we came across a marker with an elephant trunk and a hairy brown character. She shouted out, “it’s elephant poop!” I didn’t believe her at first, but after glancing at the image and taking a deep whiff myself, I laughed along with her, because it surely was a poop scented marker (click here to see an Instagram video of this moment). Mama’s Experience

I love that these lunch totes are made with all all non toxic materials. I care so much about what I put into my kids bodies. From the food they eat to the soap I wash their tableware with. Of course we should care about the tote we place their food in daily.

These totes are so smooth to the touch. Soft and plush makes to easier to carry for little hands and easier to store. I love being able to press the sides down so that I can store the tote when not in use. Space is always limited with 2 little children. I have stuff everywhere! If I can cut down on my storage space then I am sold.

It is luxury in a lunch box

I can not get over how much room this lunch tote has. I am able to get a ridiculous amount of food, drinks and plastic containers of food in this lunch tote. As you can see, the depth is so deep that it has over an inch of room after the length of a can of pop. This huge tote allows you to pack a healthy lunch for your self or a loved one.

The back of the tote has a small pocket which can hold a small amount of items like a cell phone and keys. It also has a name tag which can be filled out. I love this feature. Most children’s schools and day cares require their name and phone to be clearly on the tote. This allows us to identify the owner without having to take a permanent marker to it.

Takes Up Less Precious Counter Space

I love that this comes with a travel mug. I love a nice steel thermal mug. It was something I looked for when reading through Kaffeevollautomat Test – or coffee machine tests – online. See, I drink at least 1 cup of coffee a day. Occasionally more if my kids let me get the 1st one down before lunch. My husband rarely drinks coffee. This is person for a 1 person coffee drinking home. Why waste all that precious counter space with a big coffee maker when you only need 1 cup anyways? I mean, I have almost every type of coffee known to man in my kitchen – and I store it damn well already!

I am so happy with this personal coffee maker. Being the only one who drinks coffee on a daily bases in my house, there is no reason for a full size coffee maker. Some of the other personal coffee makers available today are so big! I am by no means a minimalist but I do love extra counter space. I have enough clutter in my house thank you very much. Hypothetically, If I were to invest in a bigger coffee machine and I was looking for the absolute best quality coffee I could get, I’d look into something similar to what Iron and Fire (www.ironandfire.co.uk) provide. But I am super happy with what I have.

I am so excited that I can use my own person ground coffee in a personal maker without hassle. Other makes have a special container you have to load the loose grounds into then insert into the machine. Making a cup of coffee has to be super fast with my 2 little ones or I miss my window. Life is too crazy for all that prepping. With the Capresso On-The-Go Personal Coffee Maker I can simply scoop a tablespoon (or however much I desire) into the coffee basket. I pour my coffee cup worth of water into the water reservoir and bam! I got rockin coffee. *slurps coffee* Let’s get caffeinated and kick this days butt.
