Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
- 4-6 lamb chop ribs
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- coconut oil (or butter)
How to:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Finely mince garlic and rosemary (I used a Ninja blender)
- Heat a dutch oven (or oven safe fry pan) to high heat, melting the oil (or butter)
- Rub lamb with garlic & rosemary mix
- Cook chops on 1 side for 2 minutes
- Cook chops on other side for another 2 minutes
- Place in oven and bake for 2 minutes
- Enjoy!

Those Lamb Chops look delicious! Gonna have to try seasoning Lamb Chops with Garlic and Rosemary the next time we get a hankering for Lamb.
Yum! I really need work harder at cooking meat! I tend to make casseroles and stuff instead.
