I’ve recently started an art therapy class and I’ve been astounded at how relaxing it is. I suffer from anxiety and I’ve found adult coloring books like this really do ease the stress. I haven’t been doing it as long as the hardcore coloring fans but I’ve been using coloring to help manage stress and sort of slow down at night for a while. I really love it but darn, I’m getting picky about books! These look nice – they have great detail work and I like the layout you mention with the small piece on the facing page.
